TRUST. A small yet powerful word wherein we let someone else take control over a part of our life or activity that impacts us. And yet we constantly do it as this is the basis of our evolution.

In India where we have all grown up to haggle to the last penny for our veggies / grocery shopping (and it’s also a doing of our system that doesn’t have a MRP tag and hence the notion of feeling cheated all of time), we have not given much thought about the more important aspects; of how are the veggies grown, where does it come from, in what condition was it grown by the farmer, who is the farmer, will this farmer continue providing us the food tomorrow?

We at healthy Buddha are striving all the time to get that few important aspects right along, with ensuring that your veggies are delivered clean, fresh and correctly as per your order. At times, we may make a few mistakes, that is what makes us natural. But we are learning constantly. We are evolving organically.

Having been in the fresh biz for over 4 years, I have come to realize that it’s one of the toughest business to be in. Needless to say, no one across any continent has got it right yet. BUT what we assure you is: that the trust you invested is safe with us. You can count on us. We sow and reap for you. For us this is more than just the regular business. We are not here for the moment or fly by the night, we are here so that you don’t have to worry about your veggies and grocery shopping ever and hopefully for generations to come. We will definitely make mistakes, but our intention is to own up, understand, and continuously strive to resolve the problem. Sometimes we are guilty of repeating the same mistakes and that has irked some of you, but again that is due to the fact that we are juggling multiple balls at the same time with limited resources. In no ways does it mean we haven’t heard you or that it doesn’t matter to us. For us, a mistake is a point in reflection, a possible course correction and more importantly it tells us that you are concerned for the overall success of the many moving parts.

Any and all feedback is critical to us irrespective of what it may be. We will learn and improve to ensure that you have food on your table for your family that is clean, as fresh as it can get (even though at first glance it may not seem so), good quality and that you can sleep peacefully at night without having to worry where it came from, was the farmer happy seeing the produce where it has reached and have they themselves slept peacefully so that they can go on with their job of providing this food everyday.

Our intention is to very much to supply you the best of produce in the freshest of form which keeps you and your family healthy. So a small plea is to not let one bad ladies finger or a bad delivery or an unintended mistake ruin this bond of trust between us, especially for someone who is willing to task it out and ensure you and your family keep getting the same produce consistently all throughout the year. Believe us when we say that it’s very difficult to get this right all the time. So you may write us off from the bad experience(s), but definitely it is getting scarce to find another provider on whom you can place your trust on consistently.

So before letting that single piece of ladies finger or one bad delivery ruin our TRUST, do give it a slightly deeper thought and am certain it would lead to a different view of your family’s well being in the long run.
